This thesis will start by introducing the project with background on how it began, on literature review, and on market analysis and competitor analysis. Then the technical chapters proposes a new recommendation algorithm to meet investors’ higher requirements for project screening. At the same time, we collected a lot of data on investment events based on Python. For this mini program, we developed a detailed and operable business plan from four aspects, namely opportunity, execution, financial plan and mini program, to provide beneficial guidance for the implementation of the project.
