Abstract
In this thesis, we propose two possible candidates for two-dimensional superconductors. One has
a nodal dx2-y2-wave pairing and a layered structure which can cause both fermionic and Majorana
flat bands. Another is the monolayer MoS2, which forms its Cooper pair through the interband
pairing and exotic pairing symmetries can be found. In both cases, there are features which cannot
be found in the conventional gapped superconductors.
