q-Fourier transform, q-Heisenberg algebra and quantum group actions

Abstract
For q being a N-th root of unity, we introduce a q-Fourier transform on certain spaces, and we prove it has similar properties of the classical Fourier transform and the q-Fourier transform introduced in [6] when q is not a root of unity. The second result of this thesis is a construction of quantum group Uq(sl2)-action on the q-Heisenberg algebra, which generalizes the well-known action of Lie algebra sl2 on the Heisenberg algebra.
