Of special and remarkable value, the Library Artwork Collection contains a rich array of art pieces from renowned artists across the globe. Most of the works in the Collection are donated by the collectors or artists who held their exhibitions at the Library, while a small amount were acquired by the Library. Some of the representative pieces are calligraphies by world-renowned scholar Professor Jao Tsung-I, Chinese paintings from Lingnan masters Mr. Au Ho Ning, Mr. Chow Chian-chiu and Mrs. Chow Leung Chen-ying, paintings from accomplished artists Mr. Shen Ping and Mr. Chen Keng, wood-fired ceramics from Guinness World Record holder Mr. Lin Rua-hua, photos from international award-winning wildlife photographer Dr. Tin Man Lee, prints from China National Academy of Fine Arts, and a sculpture from acclaimed artist Mr. Danny Lee.
