Abstract
We propose a strategic form game to describe the dynamic evolution of
estimation error covariance at a remote estimator based on strategies of a sensor
and a Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacker. Given the transmission cost and attack
cost, the asymptotic performance of the remote estimator over an infinite time
horizon is uniquely determined. Then, given a desired upper bound of the
estimation error covariance, we calculate the duty cycle over an infinite time
horizon in which the error is within the bound.
