Abstract
Nucleic acid detection is increasingly required by people, and one of its key steps is to extract nucleic acid. Nickel plating on the surface of hollow glass microspheres can make it have good corrosion resistance and magnetism. Due to the small size of the microspheres, the method of electroplating nickel is not feasible, so the method of electroless nickel plating is needed to plate nickel on the surface of the microspheres. The presence of phosphorus in the electroless nickel layer will make the coating become paramagnetic, so it needs to be annealed to change the structure of the coating to make it ferromagnetic.
