Abstract
Neutral atoms are an advantageous candidate for quantum computation units due to
their identical nature with high coherence. Many groups study strontium single atoms
in optical tweezer traps to attempt high-fidelity quantum measurements with quantum
computing potential. Our research aims to build a robust strontium tweezer apparatus
to provide an ultra-cold Sr sample with μK level temperature. The prepared sample is
further trapped in the optical tweezer arrays, where a few thousand atoms are trapped
across tens of tweezer sites. Ultimately, we plan to only trap a single atom in each tweezer
site and conduct high-fidelity quantum gate operations. In this thesis, I will give a complete
